Retirement letter from Dr. Marchetto

Learn more about Dr Marchetto’s retirement.

Greetings from Abington Eye Care,

After much consideration, I have decided to retire at the end of August.

First and foremost, I leave you in the capable care of Dr. Zachary Jost and his family. Dr. Jost, along with Dr. Ethan Strous, will continue to provide the exceptional vision care you have come to expect.

Dr. Jost’s success with my Back Bay office in Boston has made this transition an easy decision.

I am deeply grateful for the trust and loyalty you have shown me over the years. It has been both an honor and a privilege to care for each of you. I especially want to thank everyone who followed Abington Eye during our recent move to Weymouth.

Thank you once again for your trust and support. It has been an incredible journey, eye-inspiring and full of adventure, made possible by your continued support and the efforts of many.

Warmest regards,
Dr. Gail Marchetto
